labcoats and ice cream
Fiona and Heidi were smart not to go for arab-israeli conflict yesterday.
Everyone was either insane, pms-y or fast asleep.
And it was really hard to concentrate when we started late and so many distractions kept getting in the way.
I think no one really cared since options, and school are ending soon.
While waiting for pharm chem to start today i had lunch at Anatolia with heidi. They have the best after-school food ever!
And i also realised that turkish music is rather conducive for doing chinese. Because it is beautiful and haunting and calming at the same time.
Poor heidi was suffering from the after-effects of her cousin dousing the entire contents of her pencil case with talcum powder. And worrying whether the neon signboard outside was going to explode.
haha heidi you are so funny. YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU.
(hehehhehe. you're weird *wonka smile*)
stay wonderful and don't ever forget who you really are <3
Today was the last pharm chem prac. This means i have actually survived 18 hours of it. And mr segarra is actually really nice ok. Haha. Last week wenyi and i had to stay back 45 minutes later cos of the stupid Buchner funnel and he was really nice about it. And wonderful vivien stayed back to help too.
Anyway, today we made penicillin and got to go to the pretty bio lab!
With the air conditioning and the labcoats!
(but too bad we didnt' get to wear them. boooo)
Actually, the science lessons as they were portrayed in the prospectus at that time was what made me really want to come to this school. And the library. When i saw the pictures i knew that i had to come here. Haha
Oh yeah and it's going to be rather sad because after school ends i can't go to the library anymore :( not as an offical rgs student anyway. Or anywhere else for that matter.
Oh nooooo. I only have slightly over 2 weeks left to be an rgs student.
(Next year we will all get transplanted into baicai uniforms :/)
I was feeling kind of sad about school ending and everything so i went to get vanilla turkish ice cream; the ultimate comfort food and the only thing that could soothe my frazzled nerves.
...and did you miss me while you were looking for yourself out there?
