hold on if you feel like letting go

I realise that it is a pretty tough time for a lot of people right now, be it problems with their family, friends, school, self esteem and so on. But, don't lose hope alright?
Here is a song that always helps, have faith and keep praying (:

Last time, our FDW Ann and I would sing it together before we went to bed.
You can sing it in the morning when you wake up too, to give you encouragement and strength for the day. Remember, with God, nothing is impossible.

Also, if you like Good Charlotte, i think the song "Hold On" might sound familiar. It's quite encouraging and cathartic too.
