dance, dorian dance

Honestly, i have never heard of "the picture of Dorian Gray" until i did the funny quizilla thing. No wonder when we were playing "Dorian Dance" for the 1st time during ringers yesterday, the name dorian sounded so familiar... still dont really know what or who dorian in "Dorian Dance" is. Btw, it's gonna be our opening song for the concert in August. If we can play all the pieces really well by then, i think we're going to have a fantastic concert ((: Because we're playing fantastic songs that are so nice to play. But i think i shall not spoil it for anybody by saying what they are...haha. I hope people come.. so that we can raise enough funds to go to the handbell symposium in august next year. It's going to be in australia which is the nearest to singapore that it has come so far. Last time it was in canada and korea and some other faraway place...Corrine told us about it and it sounds like a great opportunity. And this is all very exciting because the concert is going to be at the esplanade. My most favourite place in Singapore after my house and the church building. Oh im happy ((:

Now.. 33 days. To syf. I hope we can do well and make the school proud (: I love playing Capriccio... when i get to ireland not as much... the green rolling hills thing gets to you after a while even though it is a nice song. And i keep thinking of the lyrics when the chime melody kicks in after heidi told me about the ones she came up with. ~Whe-een... i get to ireland.... (We must try not to sing that out loud. hahah)

Rehearsal on wednesday at the singapore conference hall. Soon i will find out what it is like to perform at syf.. i hope it is a perfectly calm feeling.
